Progressive cavity pump centralizers

Screw pump centralizers are used as components of screw pump systems in the oil industry.

This type of product is protected by copyright and may be distributed only with the permission of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC.

According to the technical specifications, the products meet the requirements for high-quality category products in accordance with international standards.

For manufacturing screw pump centralizers, round hot-rolled steel is used:

  1. in accordance with the regulatory and technical documentation for rolled metal used for the centralizer shaft and sucker-rod coupling;
  2. in accordance with GOST 2590 with standard rolling accuracy.

High quality is ensured through the use of the most advanced technologies. The company guarantees that the screw pump centralizers (SPC) comply with technical specifications, provided that operating, storage, and transportation requirements are observed.

At the customer’s request, sucker rods can be equipped with the following types of centralizers installed on the rod body:

  • fixed scraper-centralizers;
  • floating scrapers;
  • SPC centralizers;
  • inter-coupling centralizers.
